We have received an application for membership from Doug, the owner of this vehicle.

Fantastic news :)

What is that? I am correct in thinking it is an Allied (30 cal MG in it) vehicle “captured” and in service by the DAK. Is it of US manufacture? (I know nothing of WW2 cars).

It’s great whatever it is :)

Steve, You are 100% correct.

It's a Chev front end on a Dodge body I believe. It is about the same size and shape as a German built Steyer Command car, and at a distance, can be mistaken for one.

But, yes, more accurately a captured allied vehicle :)
